Owner Christa Malsbury’s journey began in the acute care world of Occupational Therapy in 2010. She served in acute care, skilled nursing, and then community re-entry and home based care. In 2021, Christa became a Realtor, and quickly earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation. She has aligned herself with Keller Williams Los Angeles Harbor, a leading brokerage with over 40 years of service.

Very few have stood in your hallway and assessed whether your doorway is wide enough for a wheelchair, or helped a patient relearn how to navigate their own kitchen after a stroke. That clinical lens doesn’t leave you — and for my clients, it’s an advantage no other agent can offer.
